　　知名画家创作的最后一幅作品“恶灵画像”后离奇死亡了，女设计师张琳和同伴早就听说过“恶灵画像”具有诅咒的传说----见者必死。强烈的猎奇心理驱使貌美性感的张琳走向了寻找“恶灵画像”的路上，在寻找的过程中不断遭遇了一系列灵异、诡异事件……身边同伴不断失踪、离奇死亡...... 张琳是否能在探秘的过程中活下来… 是否能够找到“恶灵画像”. 真相逐步揭开。

新婚的萧灵儿（陆烟 饰）前往儿时的山间别墅度假。途中，诡异事件接踵而至，双生女童、深夜归来的守门人，让萧灵儿惊恐不已。次日，萧灵儿的闺蜜和前男友不请自来，守门人的儿子带着女友来见家长。更恐怖的是，一个神秘的红衣女孩如鬼魂般在深山老宅中闪现，勾起了当地流传已久的鬼娃玛丽传说。在这深山隔绝之地，鬼娃使众人陷入死亡之境。灵异现象频繁出现，血腥事件不断发生，等待众人的是一个埋藏多年的鬼娃复仇传说。
