　　在近代日本坊间流传着这样一个传说，名叫岛礼子的美丽少女被美国大兵轮奸，在此之后她精神失常，卧轨而死。岛礼子一缕幽魂不散，化作只有上半身的恐怖恶灵。它极端憎恶红色，每晚出没在横跨铁路的天桥上，并在路过之人背后发出“嗒卡嗒卡”的声音。一旦路人回头，它便将对方拦腰斩断。即使侥幸逃过，在接下来的72小时内也必然遭到“嗒卡嗒卡”的猎杀。　　高中少女大桥可奈（大岛优子 饰）的好友绫花夜归遭遇“嗒卡嗒卡”，遇害身亡。克奈在祭拜好友时，同样见到这个恐怖恶灵，不过侥幸逃脱。然而死亡的阴影仍然笼罩在她的头上，在女大学生平山理绘（山崎真实 饰）的帮助下，她们一同出发寻找求生的办法……

　　Six people bound together by a traumatic experience decide to round off a year of group therapy in style. They join each other once more, traveling up to the Scottish Lowlands for a reunion weekend in a 1970s holiday let. Raka, a court security officer, and his pregnant wife, Nina, celebrate her success in passing the bar exam. While they have a rare evening of fine dining to savor the moment, their joyous celebration is shattered when Nina is found brutally murdered. The investigation quickly identifies Dika as the prime suspect, leading to his swift arrest.
